Adrienne has had a distinguished career with the Hilton Hotel group which comprises over 5,900 hotels and 400,00 team members globally. Her long-standing career with Hilton hotels has taken her around the world working in 10 Hilton hotels, with positions in the UK, UAE and her home country of Australia. Recognised for almost 30 years of ongoing contributions to the hotels in which she has worked, the company more generally, and the community and the environment in which she lives and serves, Adrienne’s has had the opportunity to help bring Hilton’s purpose to life.
Adrienne's contribution to the group was recognised with her winning Hilton’s CEO Light & Warmth Award which is the highest form of recognition the company offers and is awarded to only 12 people globally per annum.
A champion for sustainability and social justice, Adrienne leads and drives the hotel’s Travel with Purpose Programme and the hotel has been recognised for their contributions by winning the Queensland Hotels Association Awards for Excellence in a number of categories Including Outstanding Achievement in Training 2017 and 2018, Best Environmental Practice 2017, and Outstanding Community Service and Achievement 2016, 2017, 2018 and therefore the hotel will be inducted into the QHA’s Hall of Fame in 2019. The hotel actively encourages the team to be proactive and lead projects with the hotels local community partners and this has been deeply embedded in the hotel company culture, reaping rewards all round.

As an ever evolving business practice CSR incorporates sustainable development into a company's business model. It has a positive impact on social, economic and environmental factors. Adrienne will outline the Hilton's approach to CSR and the manner in which their staff have unified behind the leadership team to ensure they continue to review and improve their practices. The business has found that by developing CSR within the organisation they have realised the staff are keen to take ownership and drive initiatives.
